Find your inner strength and confidence when you take part in this course. Gain a Level 1 Award in Managing Transitions whilst focusing on assertiveness and identifying all of your positive attributes. This course will increase your resilience, enable you to learn how to relax and walk into a situation with courage. We have all found that our mental health has been affected recently so this course starts the process of building you back up in a safe and nurturing environment with likeminded people.

They are designed like a ‘pick n mix’ giving you the chance to choose which one is right for you and what’s even better is that when you complete a course you will receive a £20 supermarket voucher to help with the cost of living crisis we currently find ourselves in. We recognise that many people are struggled post pandemic and finding the confidence to apply for a new job has never been harder. With most of us having spent so much time in isolation, our social and communication skills have also taken a knock so we aim to help you and give you the tools to increase all of these skills and empower you to be the best version of you.
