<p>The programme covers a range of hand skills and practical tasks, with learners either following one of the trade areas listed below, or for those who are unsure of their next steps, having delivery in all of the routes:</p>

<li>Painting and decorating</li>
<li>Construction operations</li>

</ul>

<p>The programme also covers trade knowledge around health and safety and the management of materials.</p>
