All aspect of ‘The Eyewear Company’ office administration. Every person in the company is trained to perform:
Sales Order & Invoice Processing
Stock Control & Allocation
Goods in Ordering & Processing
Goods Out Processing
The role provides ambitious applicants with the opportunity to experience all aspects of business management and to become a permanent integral part of our team.
Basic working knowledge of MS Office especially Outlook preferably Excel as well (not mandatory)
Previous use of Sage would be awesome! Training will be provided

GCSE or equivalent to grades A*-C or 4-9 in maths and English are essential.
Having the right attitude, work ethic and commitment to your education as well as your employment are essential requirements to this role.

Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
As the successful apprentice you will undertake an advanced apprenticeship in Customer Servcie with a Business Administration pathway to include assessment in Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours of the role.
During your time on the apprenticeship programme, you will also be expected to complete and document 20% off-job-training.
The Apprenticeship will be delivered by South Gloucestershire & Stroud College.
You will be required to attend Stroud on day release for an 8-10 week block at some point during your apprenticeship (dates to be confirmed) and an assessor will visit you in the workplace. You will be assigned a supervisor/mentor within the workplace, who will support you to develop your workplace skills, knowledge and behaviours throughout the duration of your apprenticeship programme.
