Full-Time Fees
Depending on your age and course, fees may be payable as South Gloucestershire and Stroud College is a fee-paying college.
Fees are charged to cover the cost of various elements including tuition, materials, and exams. It is important to note that even though further education may be free for you (depending on your age) you may still be charged for materials used for your course. This includes learners that have an Education, Health and Care Plan.
Fees for the second year of a course can be higher than the first year so it is important to check this in advance.
Your course choice and circumstances may mean your fees could be waived or reduced - this will be assessed before a decision is made.

How to Pay
Invoices are generated and sent to a learner or their parent/guardian (depending on age and circumstances) once they have joined one of our exciting courses.
Payment must be made via our Payment Portal, which provides a simple and convenient way of paying outstanding fees.
Learners are made aware of fees attached to the course via the website, prospectus, open days, and interviews.
