Do you know someone who could benefit from support to improve their career prospects?
Future Bright is a FREE programme that has been designed to help individuals who are currently in paid work and receiving benefits and/or earning less than the Real Living Wage (which is currently £10.90 per hour), into more flexible, secure and better-paid careers. Employment can be full time, part time, zero hours and self-employment.
The project is tailored to the individual and we set goals and actions to help them progress towards their chosen career aspirations, or improve their current employment through advice and training working with them on a 1:1 basis. Through the scheme, individuals can access a broad range of support from apprenticeships, to wellbeing, to support paying for the cost of training and equipment that are needed to progress and reach goals.
Who is eligible?
The scheme is operated by the West of England Combined Authority, so it is open to residents of Bristol, South Gloucestershire or Bath and North East Somerset.
You're eligible for Future Bright if you are living in the West of England (Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol and South Gloucestershire), and you are:
