Hire Our Facilities

At South Gloucestershire and Stroud College (SGS), we offer versatile meeting rooms and classrooms for hire, including double rooms for larger sessions. All of our rooms include access to free Wi-Fi. Our classrooms are equipped with a projector and a screen/television for displaying presentations.

Our Stroud campus is conveniently located in the heart of the Five Valleys, close to major transport links, with easy motorway access and on-site parking.

Availability

We have excellent availability during the following times:

Term Time:

  • Monday and Tuesday: 4–6pm
  • Wednesday and Thursday: 4–9pm

College Holidays:

Extensive availability (8am–5pm Monday to Friday), excluding Winter break.

2025 College Holidays:

  • Monday 14th – Friday 25th April
  • Monday 26th – Friday 30th May
  • Monday 30th June – Wednesday 20th August

Additional dates will be confirmed once the 2025/26 academic year calendar is finalised.

You will need to complete and sign a new EMA Learning Agreement for the new academic year. This will enable us to confirm your attendance to EMA so that you will continue to receive payments. Please contact MMS if you have not received a Learning Agreement for completion.

If you have not returned the completed, signed and dated Learning Agreement to MMS within 10 days of receipt, your application will be stopped, and you will not receive any payments. Please contact MMS if you have signed the Learning Agreement late, and we may be able to reinstate your application.
