Parent Portal

Parent Portal provides access to a range of information to help parents and guardians support their child's journey at SGS College. The information available is as follows:

  • Academic Progress
  • Attendance and punctuality
  • Timetables
  • Exams information
  • Behaviour and attitude to learning at college through 'report to parents'

You can access Parent Portal and create an account by clicking the button below and following the 4 steps outlined further down this page:


Access ParentPortal

It is important to note that you must be listed as an emergency contact in our student record system in order to be given access. If you are not listed as an emergency contact then your child can add a parent or guardian to their emergency contact list. Your child's tutor will be able to assist them with this.

Once you have submitted a new account request you will receive an email to verify your email address.

By clicking the link and verifying the address, we know that that email address is real and linked to the person who has submitted the form.

Please allow between 7-10 working days for the account to be checked and verified by the Customer Experience Team. Once this has been verified and activated you will receive an email with the URL to access Parent Portal which will include your username and password.

If you have any queries or have not heard from back from us in good time then please contact the relevant Customer Experience Team at the site which the student studies at:

Once your account has been set up and authorised, each time you log in, you will need to go through the verification process detailed in the guide below.

Campus Closure: WISE Campus

Due to the Red weather warning for the region linked to Storm Darragh, the decision has been made to close our WISE campus on Saturday 7 December. All people affected by the cancellation of events at WISE on Saturday will be contacted in due course. Please note, the campus will open as normal on Sunday 8 December.
