Your work-life balance is supported by a generous annual leave and family leave package. This includes up to 39 days’ annual leave for academic staff plus additional development days, 25–30 days for corporate and support roles based on service length, and 35 days for management positions (all Full-Time Equivalent), with the option to buy up to 5 extra days of leave. We also offer the best family leave scheme in the sector, including 18 weeks’ full pay for maternity and adoption leave, 2 weeks’ full pay for paternity leave, alongside additional support for fertility treatment, kinship leave, and other family-friendly benefits.
