SGS College will celebrate Colleges Week 2026 from 2-6 March by putting its learners centre stage and highlighting the life-changing impact of further education.

From school leavers taking their first steps towards a career to adults retraining or returning to study, the College will showcase how education opens doors at every stage of life.

Under this year's theme, Skills for All, SGS College will demonstrate how it equips people of all ages and backgrounds with the skills, confidence and qualifications they need to succeed.

Throughout the week, the College will spotlight inspiring learner journeys alongside the employers, staff and partners who support them - reflecting the vital role further education plays in strengthening communities and powering the regional economy.

The campaign will demonstrate how collaboration between education and employers strengthens the regional talent pipeline, boosts productivity and creates meaningful progression opportunities.

Liam Evans, Vice Principal - Employer & Adult Engagement, said:

Colleges are central to building a skilled and adaptable workforce. During Colleges Week, we're proud to celebrate the learners, staff and employer partners who work together to ensure skills truly are for all. By aligning education closely with industry and community needs, we are helping to drive social mobility and strengthen our regional economy.

Local stakeholders, employers and community partners are encouraged to follow the celebrations and engage with the campaign online throughout the week.
