This programme is designed to enable you to take your cycling fitness and performance to the next level. With a combination of theoretical modules on topics such as Psychology, Nutrition, and Performance Analysis, you will gain the knowledge and experience necessary to reach your cycling goals.
You will learn how to maximise your performance during rides, optimise your nutrition and fuel, and gain a better understanding of your psychological capabilities. You will also get the chance to practice and apply the key concepts you learn in the modules in practical on the bike sessions, enabling you to develop your cycling skills and techniques to reach your full potential.
Discover your potential through our immersive virtual classroom, as you learn and develop from the comfort of your own home. Each week, you will receive two hours of academic content and one hour of online cycling coaching, designed to help you apply your acquired knowledge to practice.
You will be guided by our highly experienced cycling coach, Nic Tilling, who has a wealth of experience with the SGS Cycling Academy and has performed at the top level.
All you need to participate is a turbo trainer or static exercise bike and the willingness to submit assessments - including workbook and video content - on a weekly basis. Sign up now and get ready to take your cycling skills to the next level!

CloseThe Advanced Learner Loan assists adults aged 19 and over in covering tuition costs for Level 3 to Level 6 qualifications. Before applying, individuals are advised to check eligibility for free funding options, as taking the loan may impact future entitlements. Eligibility requires UK residency for at least three years or settled status.
