Experience the transformative power of yoga through our Seated Yoga course, specially designed for individuals with impaired mobility or those seeking a gentle, meditative practice. Whether you have limited mobility or simply enjoy a more relaxed approach to yoga, these classes done on chairs will provide you with a nurturing and inclusive environment. Adapt the movements and intensity to your own pace, ensuring a comfortable and fulfilling practice.

What do I need to join?

This course offers simpler and safer online enrolment requests, which means in a matter of minutes you can submit an enrolment request to us. However please be aware that upon submitting your enrolment form you are not guaranteed to be accepted. A number of our courses require assessments, qualification checks or simply a conversation with you before we can confirm your enrolment. Within 24 hours of enrolment submission you will receive an automated email notification with information on what happens next. Please add [email protected] to your safe sender list. Most email providers allow you to do this within settings/options. For full instructions simply use your chosen search engine to find instructions on how to make emails as safe. This course is open to individuals of all abilities and experience levels. Whether you have limited mobility or simply prefer a seated yoga practice, you are warmly welcomed to join us. No prior qualifications or yoga experience is necessary. Embrace the opportunity to enhance your well-being, cultivate mindfulness, and explore the healing benefits of yoga.

How will I learn?

Through our virtual learning platform, you can access the classroom experience from anywhere. Join us online or at our Stroud campus. With this course we have brought the classroom to you and created an interactive online learning environment. These sessions are never pre-recorded and like in a classroom you will have a teacher and other students interacting with you live on set teaching dates. Allowing you to ask questions and gain skills all without leaving your desk.

Usually Learners under 19 studying Full-Time courses have just material fees, and if relevant, Academy fees, to pay. Over 19s on Full-Time or Part-Time courses usually have materials, exams and tuition fees to pay.

All Part-Time courses are available to enrol online via a quick and easy online enrolment form. Simply click the 'Enrol' button above to add your enrolment to the course basket, then click the 'Start application' button within the basket commence your enrolment.

If you have any issues applying online we also accept paper enrolments. You can download and print our 2023/2024 Enrolment Request Form.
