With the Government’s commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2050, an estimated 600,000 additional heat pump installers are needed to meet the imminent demand. In this Skills Bootcamp, you will gain a Level 3 qualification in the Installation and Maintenance of air source heat pumps, accredited by LCL Awards. Aimed at plumbers, gas and heating engineers, or individuals looking for a career change, this Skills Bootcamp will introduce you to the latest in renewable technology, specifically air source heat pumps
The Skills Bootcamp will be delivered largely face to face, delivered at one of our modern campuses with renewable technology training equipment to learn practically. Some elements will be delivered online with a tutor. Due to the nature of this Skills Bootcamp, some pre-requisites will be required. Please enquire for more details.
It is expected that everyone who attends a Skills Bootcamp will gain a new responsibility within their current role. If you are unemployed, self-employed, or looking for a career change, we can assist in linking you up with local employers.

CloseThe Advanced Learner Loan helps adults aged 19+ cover tuition costs for level 3-6 qualifications. Before applying, check if you qualify for free funding options, as choosing the loan may affect future entitlements. Eligibility requires UK residency for at least three years or settled status. If you use the loan for an Access to HE course and then complete a higher education degree, the loan balance may be written off. Other eligibility criteria applies.
