Parent Portal

Parent Portal provides access to a range of information to help parents and guardians support their child’s journey at SGS College. The information available is as follows:

  • Academic Progress
  • Attendance and punctuality
  • Timetables
  • Exams information
  • Behaviour and attitude to learning at college through ‘report to parents’


You can access Parent Portal and create an account by clicking the button below and following the 4 steps outlined further down this page:

Access ParentPortal

It is important to note that you must be listed as an emergency contact in our student record system in order to be given access. If you are not listed as an emergency contact then your child can add a parent or guardian to their emergency contact list. Your child’s tutor will be able to assist them with this.

Once you have submitted a new account request you will receive an email to verify your email address.

By clicking the link and verifying the address, we know that that email address is real and linked to the person who has submitted the form.

Once your account has been verified and activated by us you will receive an email with the URL to access Parent Portal and confirming your user name.
