Programme Delivery
SGS has elected to deliver the on-programme learning using the Chartered Management Institute Level 3 Diploma in Principles of Management and Leadership.  The 8 units making up this qualification are listed below.

The standard is assessed by a range of methods to meet all the knowledge, skills and behaviours. Evidence will be collated within a portfolio of evidence. To achieve the full Level 3, all 8 units of the Diploma must be passed, meeting all CMI assessment criteria. Attendance at a 1-day workshop for each module is mandatory for all apprentices

Resources
Professional membership of the CMI is included which gives access to resources on the CMI website. Further resources will be available through Smart Assessor, the e-portfolio platform used by the college for apprentices.

Assessment Overview
The Independent Assessor will review the evidence for each apprentice and grade the apprentice on the following scale: fail/pass/merit/distinction.

All candidates must participate in all three elements of the End Point Assessment and achieve a minimum of 50% for each component.

Our recommended End Point Assessment Organisation is the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
