About the course
Progress to Success is our latest Skills Bootcamp focusing on Leadership and Management and is aimed at adults who are new into management or aspiring to become a future leader. Over an 8-week period, the Skills Bootcamp will also include a Level 3 CMI in Project Management qualification and you will have a project to focus on throughout the duration of the course. Finance, HR, and how to encourage individuals and teams will all be explored, with group interaction and shared experiences encouraged throughout.
Delivery will be blended, meaning some sessions will be delivered face to face at our SGS Filton Campus, and some will be online via Teams. Don’t worry if you’ve not used Teams before, we will make sure you’re set up before the Skills Bootcamp starts.
What can I do next
Completing learners will be encouraged to take their learnings into the workplace, putting their new knowledge, skills, and confidence into practice. Higher level apprenticeships are also an excellent option if you would like to continue your professional development.
Additional information
