Each unit includes a comprehensive two-day workshop, accompanied by personalised 1-1 tutorial sessions with your tutor. This is a rolling course, which means that you are able to start on the next available workshop. What do I need to join (Entry Requirements)
Prior management experience, preferably at the team leader level, and a minimum Level 3 qualification or above in Leadership and Management are recommended. During the enrolment process, you will undergo a short interview to ensure the course aligns with your goals and aspirations. Additionally, you have the option to speak with the course program manager for personalised guidance and support.
