How is the course delivered and assessed?
Experience an interactive learning journey through our live online sessions conducted on Microsoft Teams. Engage with your experienced tutor and fellow students during set teaching dates, enabling you to ask questions, expand your knowledge, and acquire new skills—all from the comfort of your home. Each unit includes a comprehensive two-day workshop, accompanied by personalised 1-1 tutorial sessions with your tutor. Prior to the workshops, participate in a course induction session to familiarise yourself with the programme. This is a rolling course, which means that you are able to start on the next available workshop. What do I need to join (Entry Requirements)
Prior management experience, preferably at the team leader level, and a minimum Level 3 qualification or above in Leadership and Management are recommended. During the enrolment process, you will undergo a short interview to ensure the course aligns with your goals and aspirations. Additionally, you have the option to speak with the course program manager for personalised guidance and support.
