Unit 502: 19th and 20th November 2024, 9:30am - 4:30pm via Microsoft teams Principles of Developing, Managing, and Leading Individuals and Teams to Achieve Success - The ability to lead individuals and teams to success is a paramount skill for managers. This unit focuses on the fundamental management and leadership skills required to excel in this challenging yet rewarding role. Learners will explore theoretical and practical approaches to develop, lead, and manage teams, whether remote or multidisciplinary. They will learn techniques for assessing current and future team capabilities, including the vital roles of recruitment, selection, and staff development. By completing this unit, managers will gain a comprehensive understanding of managing individuals and teams, as well as approaches to support, motivate, and inspire them to exceed expectations.
