The Yoga For Sleep online course runs in the Autumn and Spring terms 7pm - 8pm and blends breathing techniques, exercise and meditation to improve your overall well-being and promote healthy, restorative sleep. With a focus on building strength and flexibility, yoga can boost your health, increase happiness and support a balanced lifestyle. Guided by an experienced instructor, the course offers a range of postures and movements suitable for both beginners and intermediate practitioners.

For this course you are encouraged to progress at your own pace, with modifications and adaptations available to suit individual needs. When rest is required, the instructor will guide you through restorative resting poses to ensure a balanced and mindful practice.
