This course prepares you for a role as a Multi-Channel Marketer, a position found across various sectors including finance, construction, automotive, manufacturing, health, retail, food, hospitality, and IT. Whether working within a company's internal marketing team or for an agency providing marketing services, you will play a key role in supporting customer-focused marketing activities to drive demand and enhance brand perception.
As a Multi-Channel Marketer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, conducting market research, and managing marketing administration. You will also interact with internal teams such as sales, PR, IT, and HR, as well as external clients and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and campaign execution.
Key responsibilities include content creation, campaign analytics, budget management, and overseeing external marketing suppliers. You will contribute to the overall marketing strategy, working both independently and collaboratively. While you may make decisions on smaller campaign areas, you will also support senior management in larger strategic decisions.

This apprenticeship requires learners to achieve maths and English at Level 2. At interview, we will carry out an assessment to determine current literacy and numeracy levels. We will take account of any support needs in determining the suitability of learners for this apprenticeship.
