About the course

Built to Lead is our Skills Bootcamp aimed at individuals who work as site supervisors or team leaders on construction sites. Over 8 weeks, you will study a Level 3 Certificate in Leadership and Management Practice for the Construction and Built Environment Sector, where topics including project management, motivating teams, and conflict resolution will all be explored. We are encouraging those either new into post, or those who would simply benefit from a refresher, to develop their skills, knowledge, and behaviours to get the most out of your teams.

With a recognised qualification embedded, this Skills Bootcamp will ready you for your next step within your career. That may be carrying out your current role with greater confidence and awareness or looking to take that next step of site management. As a large training provider, we also have numerous continued professional development opportunities available to you.
Additional information

Skills Bootcamps are Government initiatives that offers funding support. For this Skills Bootcamp, you must be:
- Aged 19+
- Working, or intending to work, in the WECA region
- Not have attended a Skills Bootcamp this financial year
- Be employed by a construction firm.
