About the course

Master the art of bridal & photographic makeup, manicure & nail design, with this NEW course for adults starting in September. The Level 2 Award in Artistic Bridal makeup & Creative Beauty Techniques is designed for adults who are passionate about beauty and aspire to develop professional skills in bridal and photographic makeup. This hands-on course provides a strong foundation in creating flawless bridal looks, editorial and camera-ready makeup, as well as essential beauty techniques including manicure, nail art, and nail design. Learners will explore industry-standard tools, products, and techniques, while gaining real-world experience in preparing clients for weddings, photoshoots, and special occasions. Whether you're starting a new career or enhancing your current skills, this qualification offers a pathway into the exciting world of beauty and makeup artistry.

What do I need to join (Entry Requirements)
Applicants must be at least 19 years of age at the start of the academic year, to attend this course.
Additional information
There will be an additional cost to the course, which will require self-funding (or if a bursary is awarded the finances can be used or this). You will need to provide your own our own beauty and nail kit, this can be purchased from local outlets or online, appx cost of £150. We will send out nearer to the start of the course the items required, but if you required further information before hand, please email: [email protected]. The college does have some kit which can used/provide if you are unable to purchase all the kit. You can also order a MAU t-shirt to wear while on the course, this can be sourced once the course starts.
