As the successful apprentice, you will undertake an Apprenticeship in ICT Level 3 Information Communications Technician, to include assessment in the Skills, Knowledge, and Behaviours of an IT Apprentice. A Standard contains a list of the skills, knowledge and behaviours an apprentice will need to have learned by the end of their apprenticeship.

During your time on the apprenticeship programme, you will also be expected to complete and document 20% off-job training. You will be supported with your learning by a tutor and assessor during your time as an apprentice.
