By completing this apprenticeship, you will learn knowledge about your organisation, legislation and regulations, systems and company products and services, you will enhance influencing skills, deal with customer conflict and work within a team.

Maths & english
This apprenticeship requires learners to achieve maths and English at Level 1, and sit the tests for Level 2 in both subjects. Typically, it is realistic for learners to progress up one level during the apprenticeship. At interview, we will carry out an assessment to determine current literacy and numeracy levels. We will take account of any support needs in determining the suitability of learners for this apprenticeship.
Career opportunities
Following the completion of your apprenticeship you will have obtained a Level 2 qualification in Customer Service from City and Guilds. This will provide you with the ability to find full time employment as a customer service practitioner.
