This course covers the essential responsibilities of a Construction Site Supervisor, focusing on the supervision of specialist contractors and workers on construction projects. Participants will learn to manage health and safety standards, monitor and report project progress, and ensure quality control throughout the construction process. Additionally, the course addresses strategies for minimizing the environmental impact of construction activities and provides guidance on assisting commercial teams with cost monitoring. The role involves a mix of on-site supervision and occasional office work, equipping learners with the skills necessary for effective project oversight.

Maths & english
This apprenticeship requires learners to achieve maths and English at Level 2. At interview, we will carry out an assessment to determine current literacy and numeracy levels. We will take account of any support needs in determining the suitability of learners for this apprenticeship.
