Course content
You will learn a wide range of jewellery-making techniques, including silver soldering, surface texturing, forming, and finishing. The course also introduces innovative approaches using non-traditional materials such as paper, wood, and plastics. Projects are tailored to your experience level, allowing you to either build a strong foundation or refine existing skills. You will explore design development, creative experimentation, and concept led making, while also engaging in idea-sharing and critique sessions to deepen your practice.
How is the course delivered and assessed?
The course is delivered through practical, studio-based sessions that include tutor demonstrations, hands-on practice, and individual feedback. Assessment is informal and ongoing, based on your personal project development and final jewellery pieces. What do I need to join

This course is suitable for all levels. No previous experience is required, although some prior knowledge of jewellery-making techniques will be an advantage. Whether you're a beginner or a practicing maker, the course will be adapted to suit your individual needs and aspirations.

Materials lists will be provided, and basic tools are available in the studio. You are encouraged to bring your own materials and tools if you have them, particularly for more advanced or personalised projects.
