FTE Salary: Up to £41,913 (Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience)
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 37 hours per week

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Creatively design and adapt curricula to meet the diverse needs of adult learners, particularly in SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), SGS Well and sport-based education.
• Lead and manage the delivery of flagship programmes such as In2Sport, SGS Well and Hope, ensuring high-quality learner experiences and measurable impact.
• Drive the financial success of the adult learning provision, working towards a target income of nearly £1 million annually.
• Lead, support, and develop a team of lecturers, coaches, and support staff.
• Build strong relationships with external stakeholders, including funders, community organisations, and local authorities.

Beneficial Skills & Qualifications

• Understanding of SEND frameworks, inclusive education practices, and relevant legislation.
• Knowledge of sport and physical activity as a tool for engagement, education, and personal development.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with learners, partners, and stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple programmes and priorities
