Summary

Working with an experienced Estates Team you will help to look after our community venues around Yate to ensure they are safe, maintained and ready for use. This includes our Youth Centre, Heritage Centre, Community Buildings, Sporting Facilities and Offices. Using skills in carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating etc.

£14,566.15 a year

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.00pm (finishing 3.30pm on Fridays)

Work

As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.

The training provider is South Gloucestershire and Stroud College (SGS), Filton. You will work towards the Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 apprenticeship standard.

Day-release training schedule to be agreed with South Gloucestershire and Stroud College. Details will be made available at a later date.
