Working with an experienced Estates Team you will help to look after our community venues around Yate to ensure they are safe, maintained and ready for use. This includes our Youth Centre, Heritage Centre, Community Buildings, Sporting Facilities and Offices. Using skills in carpentry, joinery, plumbing, plastering, painting and decorating etc.

The training provider is South Gloucestershire and Stroud College (SGS), Filton. You will work towards the Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 apprenticeship standard.

This is a physical job. Outside working could be in inclement weather conditions. The successful applicant will be trained to work with industry appropriate tools and equipment.
