Times have changed and many managers are having to adjust to managing their teams remotely. The course is designed to give you the skills to help adjust to this new way of working, to help you effectively manage your team and continue to meet your business needs.

This course is aimed at new and existing managers, manging individual and teams while working remotely.

How will I learn?

With this course we have brought the classroom to you and created an 12 week interactive online learning environment. These sessions are never pre-recorded and like in a classroom you will have a teacher and other students interacting with you live on set teaching dates. Allowing you to ask questions and gain skills all without leaving your desk.

The course will be delivered virtually via MS Teams with a combination of live virtual classrooms and 1:1 tutorials. The qualification will be broken down into 3 units and on successful completion of work booklets you will also gain a notational recognised CMI management qualification.
