This qualification is aimed at practicing or aspiring managers who will supervise or mange a team to achieve clearly defined outcomes. They will set and monitor goals and objectives by providing instructions, direction and guidance. Day to day operational and project activities are a key part of their role.
The certificate provides a broader knowledge of skills to help you be more effective in specific management areas, with increased focus on the areas that are most appropriate to your role and organisation.

How will I learn?
With this course we have brought the classroom to you and created an interactive online learning environment. These sessions are never pre-recorded and like in a classroom you will have a teacher and other students interacting with you live on set teaching dates. Allowing you to ask questions and gain skills all without leaving your desk.
This qualification is delivered through a series of workshops, you will be expected to attend all workshops and induction lessons which are listed below.
Induction: 15th March 10:00 - 13:00
Unit 501: 25th & 26th March 09:30 - 17:00 plus a 1:1 tutorial with trainer
Unit 502: 22nd & 23rd April 09:30 - 17:00 plus a 1:1 tutorial with trainer
