Summary
This new CIPD qualification at intermediate level offers the perfect platform to further develop your HR, L&D or other specialist knowledge after studying a CIPD foundation-level qualification. This new CIPD intermediate level will give you a broader perspective of the organisational issues facing HR professionals and enable you to develop effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

How will I know how I am doing?
You will learn through a combination of taught sessions, activities based on case studies and private study. Assessment is through written assignments, group and individual presentations and written answers to questions.

Entry Requirements
You will normally have successfully completed an appropriate qualification at Level 3 or above. However, candidates who can demonstrate substantial workplace experience that would enable them to benefit from this level of study will also be considered.
