Advanced Learner Loan Explanation

The Advanced Learner Loan helps adults aged 19+ cover tuition costs for level 3-6 qualifications. Before applying, check if you qualify for free funding options, as choosing the loan may affect future entitlements. Eligibility requires UK residency for at least three years or settled status. If you use the loan for an Access to HE course and then complete a higher education degree, the loan balance may be written off. Other eligibility criteria applies.
