How is the course delivered and assessed?

The course is taught in workshops sessions which make up 35 hours of your learning, at our Filton campus. You will be given workbooks, as part of the course, to be able to continue with self-study. Followed by a three-hour exam. Workshop dates: Workshop 1 09/09/2024 Workshop 2 23/09/2024 Workshop 3 30/09/2024 Workshop 4 07/10/2024 Workshop 5 14/10/2024 EXAM 28/10/2024 During the course, candidates will cover the following of Project management and the operating environment, Project life cycle, Management structures by which projects operate, Project management planning, Scope management, Scheduling and resource management, Risk management and issue management, Project equality management, Communication, Leadership and teamwork.

What do I need to join (Entry Requirements)

To join the course, you require a good level of Maths and English. You need to have an interest in project management and the topics discussed. You don’t need any prior knowledge or experience on the subject. A successful interview and assessment will be required before you are confirmed onto the course.
