Performing Arts
SGS College has been the starting point for many young people to forge successful careers in the performing arts industry. Many students progress into reputable drama schools and dance conservatoires as well as prestigious universities, or go directly into employment. Our teaching focuses on building performance skills together with academic study. Our students take part in highly professional performances in the College’s Olympus and Studio theatres and are also given the opportunity to take shows on tour. Students studying at Stroud have the opportunity to write and produce a short film to showcase to a paying audience.
