Eligibility criteria for this course:

  • You must be aged 19 years or over as at 31/08/20
  • You must have lived in the EU for the last three years
  • You must currently reside in England,
  • You understand that this is a Level 2 qualification and a good level of English and Math’s is beneficial to completing.
  • You understand the typical duration of this course is 24 weeks and self-commitment should be made to allow yourself to provide detailed responses to the assignments.

This online qualification will support those seeking a career in the animal care industry who are volunteering or currently employed in an animal care setting.

During this course you will gain an understanding of good working practices in relation to the safety and the environment. You will also develop practical skills in promoting and maintaining the health and welfare of animals
