Kit Kat - Keeping in touch, keeping active together is a new online course from Adult Community that focuses on your well-being and physical health and can be competed from the comfort of your own home.
The course lasts for 10 weeks and you will take part in activities to keep the mind and body active.
Its designed to keep the feeling of community during difficult times especially during lockdown and a great way to integrate back into society in a safe environment before returning back to face to face classes or activities.
How will I learn?
Each week you will:
- Be sent a different topic in Maths, English or IT.
- You can take part in various online sessions in Seated Yoga, Yoga and mindfulness sessions to improve your physical and mental health.
- Receive weekly crosswords, word searches and other brain teasers to help
keep your mind active!

The choosen platform for this course is Microsoft Teams. Teams allows learners and teachers to seamlessly work together, create content and share resources from a single, easy-to-learn and simple platform. On successful enrolment onto this course you will be provided with all the details required to set up Teams.
