What do I need to join?
You will have 2 GCSEs at grade 2 or above in English and Maths, an acceptable DBS clearance and a good academic reference.
Maths & English
All learners will study Maths and English functional skills alongside their vocational programme. Learners with a grade 3 (D) in Maths and English will be enrolled on the GCSE programme alongside their vocational course.
You will complete 1 block week per term in a nursery setting.
What can I do next?
You can progress onto the Level 2 Diploma for the Early Years Practitioner if you have either Maths or English GCSE grade 4 and grade 3, or L1 functional skills in the other.Apply for this course
