Maths & English

Employability
At SGS, we aim to provide learners with the skills required to progress into further study and training or employment upon completion. Work Experience
As part of their overall programme of study, learners will be required to undertake a period of work placement related to the field of employment they wish to enter. Our Work Placement Team will assist in gaining a placement and ensure they are on track to successfully achieve, whilst liaising with course tutors to ensure that opportunities to practice and develop employability skills are available at college.

Learners who successfully complete this programme of study will be eligible to progress onto the Level 3, Year 2 qualification, at the end of which learners will possess a qualification equivalent to three A-levels.
