What do I need to join?
You will require motivation, enthusiasm, self-discipline and the ability to carry out independent study.
You will need at least 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above, including English and Maths.
How will I know how I am doing?
You will receive coursework grades and frequent feedback from your tutors. You will also be able to monitor your progress using detailed online grading sheets.
Maths & English
Depending on previous qualifications, GCSE resits and/or functional skills in Maths and/or English will be studied alongside your study programme.
What can I do next?
Learners can progress onto a university-level course (either internally or externally), an apprenticeship or move directly into employment.
What are my career options?
This is a broad-based course which will keep your options open. Students can move directly into jobs as IT technicians, junior programmers or web developers.
