Course
information

Summary

Yoga is ageless. It’s about self-awareness and working to your own body’s limit. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation, whilst focusing on strength and flexibility. It can help to improve your health and happiness, as well as boosting physical and mental well-being. The main components of yoga are postures, which are a series of movements led by the instructor.

The course is beginner/intermediate level and we encourage everyone to take the class at their own pace. It’s not a fast flow and there are plenty of modifications and adaptions. If you need to rest, the instructor will show you the pose to rest in. The class is mixed and each person gets something different from it.
