Expressive Writing

Course information Availability Enquire

Expressive writing is a form of expressive therapy that uses the act of writing and processing the written word as therapy. Writing can clear the clutter from the mind. It can help you to process thoughts rather than store them. It's simply writing down your thoughts and feelings to understand them more clearly. It can help with stress, depression or anxiety and allow you to gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health. It can help with feelings of emotional trauma or other issues and also draw on positive experiences you may be carrying. This course is also for budding writers who simply have an imagination and passion for the written word.
