An introductory-level Photoshop course which aims to give learners a basic understanding of creating digital graphics using Adobe Photoshop CS6. The course will look at: • Opening photos, resizing and cropping • Using the retouching tools to clean up images • Understanding layers • Using filters and effects The course is classroom-based with a tutor demonstration, written tutorial files and one-to-one tutor support during the class.
What do I need to join?
Learners will need to be computer literate and regularly use a computer to get the most out of this course. It is a software-specific course that will assume learners are comfortable navigating a computer and can use the mouse confidently. Any learners keen to take the course but who are not yet very familiar with using a computer are advised to take one of the College’s basic computer courses first.Apply for this course
