Summary

This Summer School course is structured to allow enamellers to develop their own practice within a group context. Students new to enamelling will be instructed in basic techniques and encouraged to begin to plan and realise personal outcomes. The intention is to create a critical and supportive environment that will enable all those taking part to discuss and resolve technical issues, ideas and the successful realisation of concepts.

Students will have access to a specialist studio with four kilns, and a range of enamel is provided.
