Learn a range of skills and techniques through drawing, painting, and printmaking. The course focuses on developing your observational skills and knowledge of fine art image making techniques. You will be developing your ability to draw what you see, use colour, tone and composition effectively and gain mastery over materials. New techniques are demonstrated each week by the tutor and your work is developed through continuous one-to-one support and guidance while you work. The work of relevant historical and contemporary artists will be introduced to you in an accessible way to provide inspiration and context for the work made in the studio.
