South Gloucestershire and Stroud College officially launched their partnership with Togetherall on Friday 6th November.
Learners will now have access to a safe community to support their mental health, 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.
At SGS our students' health, safety and wellbeing is our top priority, and we're always looking for new ways to support them. We are pleased to announce that we are now offering learners a FREE online support service called Togetherall.
Togetherall offers a safe and anonymous community to connect with from anywhere, at any time - whether students need to get something off their chest, have conversations, express themselves creatively or learn how to manage their mental health. The platform is monitored by trained clinicians 24/7, 365 days a year.
Pez Perrin, Inclusion Manager & Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead says:
‘We are very aware of the challenging times we are living in for both our staff and students alike. With that in mind we have been investigating how we can provide much needed 24/7 support for our staff and students, over and above the support already available within College operating hours.’
‘We are delighted to announce that the College has invested in Togetherall, which will give staff and students access to free, online support.’ To find out more visit www.togetherall.com
