About the course

All businesses need effective team leaders to ensure their team is happy and motivated within the workplace. Whether you are hoping to progress to a team leading role in the future or want more knowledge about how to progress in a current position, this qualification is the perfect place for you to start.

The course is made up of 8 units:

Principles of team leading
Understanding business
Understanding how to communicate work-related information
Understanding how to manage performance and conflict in the workplace
Principles of quality and diversity in the workplace
Understanding how to develop working relationships with colleagues
Understanding health and safety procedures in the workplace
Understanding how to develop and deliver a presentation

Please note this is a fully online course and you will be given access to an online portfolio upon successful completion of the initial assessment process

How is the course delivered and assessed?

Studying via distance learning means you can choose when and where you study, giving you the freedom to choose your learning schedule yourself whilst still gaining certification for your chosen subject.

We recommend spending a minimum of 2-4 hours per week on this course and we recommend completing within 12 weeks.

We appreciate this may be a new way of learning for many of you or there may be some further support required.
