Our Apprentices will be supported to:

  • Work safely and be aware of key health, safety and welfare issues.
  • Plan and carry out their work to commercial standards of quality and speed.
  • Move, handle and store resources, such as materials and timber components, complying with relevant legislation & guidance.

Things to consider

Our work is on very high specification projects. Our clients expect and pay for a premium service, and we therefore require all our trades, regardless of level, to be highly respectful, work hard and enjoy the experience. We do not tolerate lateness, low work ethic or any form of bad attitude. You will be expected to muck in when required – for example, cleaning site when you have completed your tasks rather than waiting around for your next instruction.
