Job Reference 1664862Customer Service/Administration Support ApprenticeWe are looking to add a new member of staff to our team. It is a varied role assisting all departments, but mainly associated with Customer Service and Logistics team.
You will be dealing with customers and suppliers and helping to arrange goods in and goods out and much more.
Daily tasks will include:
Liaising with Customers via Email and telephone
Supporting our stores team in ensuring the quality of goods for dispatch, including packing, stock control, handling goods in and returns meet the cutomers expectations and maintain the high quality expected throughtout the company
Testing returns and dealing with customer return queries
Supporting the Sales and Purchasing team assisting preparation of details for adding to our website
As the successful apprentice you will undertake an Intermediate Apprenticeship in Customer Service.
The Apprenticeship will be delivered by a South Gloucestershire & Stroud College Assessor. You will be required to attend Stroud Campus to complete any underpinning knowledge support, however the majority of your assessments towards your qualifications will be undertaken within the workplace environment.
You will be assigned a supervisor/mentor within the workplace, who will support you to develop your workplace skills, knowledge and experience throughout the duration of your apprenticeship programme.
Functional Skills in maths and English required, if not already achieved.
