Apprenticeship Summary

  • You will be working in a Digital Team maintaining content for Bristol Museums enabling visitors to access on line services. The role will involve:
  • Keeping web content up to date using wordpress
  • Proofreading and editing content to meet accessibility and search engine optimisation
  • Coordinating meetings and following web procedures
  • Promoting museum activities and products
  • Monitoring social media campaigns
  • Formatting multimedia for online use
  • Occassional help to other departments (special events)

Training

Digital Marketer Level 3 standard and Functional Skills Maths and English (for apprentices that do not have GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths and English) 

Training will include elements of taught delivery and on the job training with a dedicated skills coach.  You will acquire the following knowledge in Content strategy, Google analytics, Google ads, Marketing channels, SEO and social media marketing.
