We provide services to schools and educational settings in Bristol, including advice on HR, IT support and training. As an apprentice, you will be providing administrative support to the service and work within a small and friendly team.

Apprenticeship Summary

The successful candidate will provide a range of Business Support services to help support the team and provide a high level of service to the schools that we support within Bristol.


The role will include processing requests for our services, managing email boxes, responding to customers, updating records, maintaining spreadsheets, assisting with finance tasks (monitoring and reconcile transactions), preparing documents & publicity materials and assist in content for our social media posts.

The council has a range of progression roles which includes Business Administration roles, Project Management, HR and Accountancy. This role provides a good insight into our business and often apprentices progress onto higher level apprenticeships and secure permanent employment

Business Adminstration Level 3 standard and Functional Skills Maths and English (for apprentices that do not have GCSE Grade C/4 in Maths and English)
