Job Reference 1000009854Project, Participation & Customer Service Apprentice X6This is a new and exciting opportunity to work with Bristol City Council's Permanency and Specialist Services (PASS). This service is responsible for children in care, care leavers, foster carers, adopters, and disabled children. We are keen to hear from young people who have experienced receiving a service from Bristol City Council's PASS team.
Apprenticeship Summary
The successful candidates will have the opportunity to support business and administration of the service.They will also support the team's development by ensuring services are more accessible,appropriate and relevant to young people, and that children and young people have an opportunity to have their views heard and acted on accordingly.Apprentices will undertake a range of customer service activities including communications,arranging meetings,document processing and project management.
